Delivery

Separate orders will be shipped separately, with each order attracting its own distinct shipping charge. FitEBC.com cannot consolidate separate orders into a single shipment.

Orders containing more than one item will be shipped together where weight/size restrictions permit, however, in some cases the items may be shipped separately (for example, an order is composed of 2 or more pairs of brake rotors which may be too heavy for a single package).

Please note, due to the size and weight of brake rotors, often it is not possible to deliver these items to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers.

Delivery estimates generated at the checkout stage serve as a guide only. FitEBC.com do not provide any guarantee, either express or implied by our staff, that goods will be delivered within a certain timeframe.

Delivery delays may occur during periods of busy sale periods such as public holidays, Easter, Black Friday and Christmas.

Tracking details shall be made available to you once your order has been shipped.

Stock availability, or other events outside of our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, power failures, war, acts of terrorism, government action, and pandemics, may cause delays or, in severe situations, prevent the goods from being delivered to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitEBC.com nor any of its agents shall be liable to you, or any other person, for any expense or cost incurred, any claim for damages, or any loss of time or earnings claimed or suffered as a direct or indirect result of any delay to or failure to deliver the goods to you.

Shipping Charges & Remote Addresses

Shipping starts at $9.90 for all items except brake rotors, which are charged at $16.50. STANDARD shipping of a solo box of brake pads is charged at $9.90, and EXPRESS shipping of a solo box of brake pads is charged at $15.40. Shipping is capped at $16.50, and this cap applies to orders containing 2 or more sets of brake pads, any quantity of brake rotors, and our pad+rotor combo offer.

International shipping will be quoted on an individual order basis. Please speak to us via live chat or email to receive a quote for international shipping.

FitEBC generally applies a flat rate shipping charge as described above; however, in exceptional circumstances where shipping charges to your delivery address are so high that it would make no economic sense for FitEBC.com to fulfil your order, we will email you to discuss options. This may happen in instances where, for example, and without limitation, a customer orders a very heavy brake rotor of very low value , but the customer lives in a very remote location such that the price of shipping the would result in FitEBC.com making a loss on the sale.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders placed by customers in remote locations if a light plane or boat transport is required, for which our usual couriers cannot provide a door-to-door service. Such locations include, without limitation, Norfolk Island, Nhulunbuy, Roma, and Christmas Island.

In the exceptional circumstance that additional shipping charges apply to your order, a member of FitEBC will email you to discuss any additional charges. If you do not agree to these additional charges, we can cancel your order at your request and refund any amount taken from you in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Damage by Courier

In the event of loss or damage caused by a courier, please take photos and contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Ownership of Goods

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will take ownership and hold them at your own risk, assuming all liability for their loss, damage or destruction.
